SUBSCRIPTION &amp; CASHBACK INCENTIVE<\/h3><h4 class=\"font_3 wixui-rich-text__text\">3.1 Subscription<\/h4><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Access to the platform is provided through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees, duration, and features vary depending on the plan selected.<\/p><h4 class=\"font_3 wixui-rich-text__text\">3.2 Cashback Incentive<\/h4><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Certain subscription plans may be associated with a cashback incentive, which may range from $300 to $1,500, depending on eligibility and plan selection.<\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">The cashback incentive:<\/p><ul class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Is not a loan, advance, credit, or financing<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Is predefined by subscription plan<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Is not guaranteed<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Is subject to an eligibility verification<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Is issued only after a valid subscription is completed<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 class=\"font_3 wixui-rich-text__text\">3.3 User Choice<\/h4><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Following verification, users may be eligible for multiple subscription options. The user is free to select any available plan, including a plan associated with a lower cashback amount and lower subscription fee.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3 class=\"font_2 wixui-rich-text__text\">4. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS<\/h3><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">To subscribe to the platform, you must:<\/p><ul class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Be at least 18 years of age<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Be a resident of Canada<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Provide accurate and truthful information<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">No credit check is performed as part of the subscription or eligibility verification process.<\/p><h3 class=\"font_2 wixui-rich-text__text\">5. VERIFICATION PROCESS<\/h3><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">To determine which subscription options may be available, we may perform a verification of the information you provide.<\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">This verification:<\/p><ul class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Is not a credit decision<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Is not a lending assessment<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Does not impact your credit file<\/p><\/li><li class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">Is used solely to determine eligibility for subscription options and associated cashback amounts<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\">We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate access where verification conditions are not met.<\/p><h3 class=\"font_2 wixui-rich-text__text\">6.
